Terms and conditions
Bookings can be reserved with a 20% deposit, subject to availability.
Balances are due 12 weeks before arrival date. If arrival date is less than 12 weeks from the day of booking, full payment is due immediately.
Payments are accepted by cheque in British Pounds made payable to Mrs G Jones or - for UK only -via Paypal
Check in time and check out time will be agreed on booking.
Cancellation charges:
- cancellation within 30 days of arrival - no refund given
- cancellation within 60 days of arrival - 30% refund given
- cancellation within 90 days of arrival - 50% refund given
Security Deposit
Two weeks before travel you will need to send us a cheque for £150 to be held by us - uncashed - as a security deposit against damage or negligence to the apartment. This cheque will be held until you have left the apartment and the apartment has been checked for damage. (This could be for up to 21 days following the end of your stay) Please be assured that the cheque will remain uncashed providing there is no damage. If there have been any breakages/ damage please contact us on your return so that we can discuss the situation.

Air Conditioning
Please note that the air conditioning is very expensive to run and we would be grateful if you would use it responsibly.
Travel Insurance
We advise all parties to ensure they have adequate travel insurance in place. We cannot take responsibility for any accident, injury or loss whilst staying at our apartment.

About two weeks before your stay you will be sent - by email or mail - a House Manual with information on using the equipment in the apartment and further useful information.
